As part of our 'Online Services' we provide the service to register the Proprietorship Firm or Partnership firm. For partnership firm there shall be two or more partners. For proprietorship firm only one person is needed.

 

Documents to register the Partnership Firm:

 

ID proof of all the Partners - Voter ID or DL or Passport.

A Partnership Deed between the partners which show the share of each partner*.

One electricity bill or water bill of office premises.

NOC from the landlord of the premises*

           

            *We will draft Partnership deed for you if you don’t have one.

*We can draft NOC for you or you can download it from here. Fill it and print it on a Rs. 10/- non-judicial stamp paper 

 

 

Documents to register the Proprietorship Firm Registration:

 

In India we register the Proprietorship which is also called a Sole Proprietorship Firm. The Proprietorship Firm is registered as the Declaration Deed*. We require the following document to form a proprietorship firm.

 

 One Photograph of the Proprietor.

 One ID Proof - Voter ID or DL or Passport.

 One electricity bill or water bill of office premises.

 

            *We will draft Proprietorship Declaration Deed.

If Client requests for cancellation, we will deduct 25% of the service fee as cancellation fee and the balance shall be refunded no question asked. If any extra expenses amount is paid by client, then it will be refunded after deduction of costs already incurred in executing the task.

If an assignment could not be completed for reasons other than request for cancellation, then refund will be given after deduction of 25% of the order value plus costs already incurred in executing the task. Reasons include as but limited to insufficient or delayed documentation / information from customer, errors/ mistakes not related to Allied Legal’s scope of work, inability of customer to follow procedures or requirements or due to any other reasons beyond Allied Legal’s control.
