As part of our Online Services, we register Proprietorship and Partnership firms. A partnership firm needs two or more partners; a proprietorship firm needs only one.
Partnership Firm: Documents Needed
- ID proof of all partners — Voter ID, Driving Licence, or Passport
- A partnership deed between the partners showing each partner's share (we'll draft one if you don't have it)
- One electricity or water bill for the office premises
- NOC from the landlord of the premises (we can draft this, or you can download it here and print on a Rs. 10 non-judicial stamp paper)
Proprietorship Firm: Documents Needed
In India, this is also called a Sole Proprietorship Firm, registered via a Declaration Deed (which we'll draft for you).
- One photograph of the proprietor
- One ID proof — Voter ID, Driving Licence, or Passport
- One electricity or water bill for the office premises

Refund Policy
Cancellations: we deduct 25% of the service fee as a cancellation fee and refund the balance, no questions asked. Any extra expenses already paid will be refunded after deducting costs already incurred. If an assignment can't be completed for reasons other than client cancellation — including incomplete or delayed documentation, or issues outside our control — the same 25% deduction plus incurred costs applies before refund.
