Allied legal is supporting worldwide clients for over 7 years. The main practicing Associate Attorneys of the firm have collectively over 50 years of legal practice experience and have dealt with complex legal issues. We have a singular focus on client satisfaction and it comes from a problem resolved or a problem prevented. At Allied Legal we achieve client satisfaction by understanding our clients' needs and successfully meeting those needs.

The firm believes that the Indian Legal System is highly effective and efficient. However we at Allied Legal believe that most of the legal issues can be settle without any actual litigation. We prefer to settle legal issues through negotiations, arbitration, conciliation and mediation. We put more emphasis on pre-litigation research and analysis to avoid lengthy and expensive litigation.  We at “Allied Legal’ believe in power of explanation and transparency in tackling legal matters.

 

New Practice Area

 

Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) is another stem of the firm’s developing practice. The law firm can boast of supporting clients (and most of them are partner law firms) of their day-to-day work like litigation support, case reviews and opinions, trademark searches, and maintaining dockets. Allied Legal is highly excited about this opportunity as now it has clients from U.S., Asia Pacific and Japan. The Legal Processing business is becoming highly fast and technology oriented!
