As part of our 'Online Services' we provide the Death Certificate for Death occurred in India.

Death certificate in India is a document issued by the Government stating the date, fact and cause of death. It is essential to register death in India for relieving the deceased from social, legal and official obligations, and to enable settlement of property inheritance, and to authorize the family to collect insurance and other benefits. We would search the concerned Municipality office based on the place of death and date of death to find the registration record of death.

The death certificate will be obtained from the ‘Death and Birth Registration office’ of the place where the death took place and will be delivered to anywhere in India by courier service. The Death Certificate may be delivered any address outside of India on payment of extra shipping charges.

If Client requests for cancellation with in 3 days of order, we will deduct 25% of the service fee as cancellation fee and the balance shall be refunded no question asked. After that the service fee is not refundable. If any extra expenses amount is paid by client, then it will be refunded after deduction of costs already incurred in executing the task.

If an assignment could not be completed for reasons other than request for cancellation, then refund will be given after deduction of 25% of the order value plus costs already incurred in executing the task. Reasons include as but limited to insufficient or delayed documentation / information from customer, errors/ mistakes not related to Allied Legal’s scope of work, inability of customer to follow procedures or requirements or due to any other reasons beyond Allied Legal’s control.
