The Non-Availability of Birth Certificate is generally not required anywhere in India and the municipal offices are aware of this fact. So every time we apply for Non-Availability of Birth Certificate in the concerned municipal office, it is little 'expensive' to get it.

The procedure to get Non-Availability of Birth Certificate starts with the formal search at the concerned municipality office of applicant’s place of of birth. If the birth is not registered or it was actually registered but the the registration records is not available due to any reason, then we apply for 'Non Availability of Birth Certificate' from that concerned department. Non-Availability of Birth Certificate is actually an official statement stating that the birth records of a particular person is not available. They may mention a reason for unavailability in that statement too.

Non-Availability of Birth Certificate along with other originals (if any) will be shipped for free any where in India by a reputed courier, however for international addresses the we charge Rs.3995.00 plus tax for shipping. We use only FedEx for international shipping and DTDC for national shipping.

The procedure to get Birth Certificate starts with the search of Deaths and Births records at concerned Municipality office based on the place of birth and applicant’s date of birth. The search is required to find whether the birth is registered at the Municipality office or not. If the birth was registered with a name, then the Birth Certificate will be issued by as per the details available in the records of the Municipality office. However, if the birth was registered without name then the name would be recorded by submitting a name inclusion form along with an affidavit from parents/relative and copies of the school certificates (X or XII), residence proof of parent/applicant and the applicant’s valid passport for additional fee.

If the birth took place in India and was not registered within one year or it was actually registered but the the registration records is not available due to any reason, then we first apply for Non Availability of Birth Certificate from that concerned department.

However, sometimes government authorities refuse to write the Non Availability of Birth Certificate because of many reasons such as they have no authority or no evidence that the birth of a particular person actually happened within that municipal area. In that case we file an application with First Class Magistrate to get Birth Registration order. The Magistrate then Review that application and order concerned municipal authority to register birth. Then we apply for Birth Certifiable and get that certificate.

If Client requests for cancellation with in 5 days of order, we will deduct 25% of the service fee as cancellation fee and the balance shall be refunded no question asked. After that the service fee is not refundable. If any extra expenses amount is paid by client, then it will be refunded after deduction of costs already incurred in executing the task.

If an assignment could not be completed for reasons other than request for cancellation, then refund will be given after deduction of 25% of the order value plus costs already incurred in executing the task. Reasons include as but limited to insufficient or delayed documentation / information from customer, errors/ mistakes not related to Allied Legal’s scope of work, inability of customer to follow procedures or requirements or due to any other reasons beyond Allied Legal’s control.
