Audited Balance Sheet, Profit& Loss Account or Income& Expenditure Account for the latest year.
Formation documents like Certificate of incorporation, Society Registration, Trust Deed, rules & regulation, memorandum of association etc.
Name & Addresses of the persons managing the affairs of the organization or institution.
Brief particulars of the activities of the association or institution.

The Prices Quoted here are good only for services at Delhi area. Service fee for other area may be more, write to us to get the service fee for other areas.Online payment fee may be charged extra @ 3% on services. If Client requests for cancellation, we will deduct 25% of the service fee as cancellation fee and the balance shall be refunded no question asked. If any extra expenses amount is paid by client, then it will be refunded after deduction of costs already incurred in executing the task.
If an assignment could not be completed for reasons other than request for cancellation, then refund will be given after deduction of 25% of the order value plus costs already incurred in executing the task. Reasons include as but limited to insufficient or delayed documentation / information from customer, errors/ mistakes not related to Allied Legal’s scope of work, inability of customer to follow procedures or requirements or due to any other reasons beyond Allied Legal’s control.
